We are not responsible for any content, actions, or behavior of users of the Service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user at any time, for any reason or no reason, without liability.

6. Game Results and Mathematical Calculations

Math Poker involves math-based gameplay and automated game logic. We provide no guarantee that game outcomes, hand evaluations, mathematical equation results, or any other computed values are correct, fair, or free from errors. We accept no liability for any disputes arising from game results, scores, rankings, or perceived unfairness in gameplay.

7. Availability and Uptime

We do not guarantee any specific level of availability or uptime. The Service may be unavailable at any time due to maintenance, outages, server failures, or any other reason. We accept no liability for any losses or damages resulting from downtime or unavailability of the Service.

8. Data Loss

We do not guarantee the preservation of any user data, game history, settings, or account information. Data may be lost, corrupted, or deleted at any time. You use the Service understanding that we assume no responsibility whatsoever for any loss of data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Math Poker and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
